Yak@Mac – Forge Youth Camp

Yak@Mac is the annual camp for the youth of St Mark’s, Pennant Hills.

This year we’ll be heading up to the Crusaders campsite at Lake Macquarie for another fantastic weekend of hearing from God’s word, having heaps of fun & hanging out together! Everyone in years 6-12 is welcome – whether you’re a part of the Forge crew or a first-timer.

Date: 14th – 16th October, 2016.

Our leaders have completed a Working With Children Check & attended compulsory safe ministry training. They’ll be there to supervise the youth at a ratio of 1 leader to 5 campers to ensure your kids have the best Yak@Mac possible.

You can see what the youth of St Mark’s usually get up to on facebook, instagram, or the forge website.

Bible Talks.

Spending time in the Bible together is always one of the highlights of the weekend. This year Luke Bird (one of our student ministers) will be opening up the Bible with us.

A weekend away with your mates + making new ones, & encouraging one another to trust and follow Jesus together. It’s like every week at Forge – but for the whole weekend.

We have a ton of fun at Yak@Mac, which means we need to be well fuelled! The kitchen staff at Crusaders ensure we eat well & they cater for a range of dietary requirements.
